The warranty conditions of AvtoBaki LLC

In case of warrantable situation, "Claim Report" shall be completed, with the detailed description of problem and the mandatory indication of product’s serial number. The information shall be supplemented with the necessary documents and photos that shows a defect in detail.

The necessary sample documents for execution of approved warranty:

The warranty conditions for aluminium tanks.

The warranty shall be provided for all the products being sold by AvtoBaki LLC, provided that the following terms are observed.

1. All the products available from AvtoBaki LLC shall be installed, operated, maintained, and repaired as per the instructions of AvtoBaki LLC (specified in the product datasheet and can be found at https://avto-baki.ru/ ).
2. The warranty operation life of aluminium tanks shall be 36 months from commissioning a tank but shall not exceed 36 months from when it is shipped from the manufacturing plant, unless otherwise is agreed in the contract.
3. The warranty applies under the following terms:
   
   • The Finished Product has been installed, considering all the installation requirements;
   • The product hasn’t been repaired for the warranty period;
   • No mechanical damages to the product by customer;
   • The plant label with serial number remains in place;
   • No intervention to the product design by end user;
   • No damages caused by incomplete or incorrect installation;
   • No damages inflicted specially or caused by wrong operation.
4. The warranty of AvtoBaki LLC will cover the costs of:
   
   • Repair of the product;
   • Replacement of the product if its part cannot be repaired.
   The right of choice is still with AvtoBaki LLC
5. AvtoBaki LLC shall not be responsible for vehicle downtime and transport costs.
6. Within the warranty period, if the Goods went wrong due to the Purchaser’s fault, they shall be repaired at the Purchaser’s expense after prepaying the Product’s repair bill prepared when the damages to the Product have been assessed.

The warranty conditions for steel tanks.

The warranty shall be provided for all the products being sold by AvtoBaki LLC, provided that the following terms are observed.

1. All the products available from AvtoBaki LLC shall be installed, operated, maintained, and repaired as per the instructions of AvtoBaki LLC (specified in the product datasheet and can be found at https://avto-baki.ru/ ).
2. The warranty operational life of steel tanks shall be 12 months from commissioning a tank but shall not exceed 12 months from when it is shipped from the manufacturing plant, unless otherwise is agreed in the contract.
3. The warranty applies under the following terms:

   • The product hasn’t been repaired for the warranty period;

4. The warranty of AvtoBaki LLC will cover the costs of:

Warranty conditions for radiators.

1. The warranty period shall be 3 months from commissioning a radiator but does not exceed 3 months from when it is shipped from the manufacturing plant, unless otherwise is agreed in the contract.
2. The warranty applies under the following terms:
   
   • Provided the purchaser fulfills the operation rules within the warranty life;
   • The product hasn’t been repaired within the warranty period;
   • No mechanical damages to the product by custumer;
   • The plant label with serial number remains in place;
   • No intervention to the product design by end user;
   • No damages caused by incomplete or incorrect installation.
   • No damages inflicted specially or caused by wrong operation
3. If shortages (defects) are detected within the warranty period, the Purchaser shall be entitled to requre:
   
   • Replacement of the product with similar one;
   • Return of the amount paid for the product.
   Product replacement decision can be taken when technical examination has been executed only.
4. AvtoBaki LLC shall not be responsible for vehicle downtime and transport costs.
5. Within the warranty period, if the Goods went wrong due to the Purchaser’s fault, they shall be repaired at the Purchaser’s expense after prepaying the Product’s repair bill prepared when the damages to the Product have been assessed.
